Bike Alarm/Tilt Switch

This is a bike protector circuit. A magnet is kept suspending in front of the reed switch. This assembly is fixed to bike. As soon as anybody tries to handle the bike magnet will dislocate, reed switch will open to actuate the latch circuit which gives audio visual indication.
